Delivery and Shipping

Tribelle Pharmacy will dispense all medicines and orders will be dispatched within 1-2 days of the clinician and pharmacist authorising the prescription. If our clinical team has additional follow up questions and wish to speak in person to discuss a medication or condition with you, a delay in approving and dispatching your order may occur.

All medicines are delivered by Royal Mail Post or one of our other courier partners. Prescription orders are only dispatched after clinical approval. Some medications require a signature upon delivery. It is the patient's responsibility to ensure they are available to receive the medication delivery in person. We cannot deliver prescription medications outside the UK.

We take no responsibility for orders that aren't delivered because the patient was not present at the registered address to receive the delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure your address is correct, complete and up to date in advance of placing your order. We are not liable for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

For cold chain deliveries, products are shipped in temperature controlled packaging. It is the responsibility of the patient to ensure they read and comply with storage and usage instructions.

If your order is delayed, check your tracking number or contact our customer care team. We have no liability for items that are not received by you after we have dispatched them. If you are not the person signing for the medications, it is your responsibility to ensure the person delivers them to you. If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate before considering whether to issue a replacement or refund.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

According to regulations set by the MHRA and the General Pharmaceutical Council, we are unable to reuse dispensed medication that has left our pharmacy. Prescription and Pharmacy medication can not be returned or refunded once they have been dispatched from our premises. We will make every attempt to cancel an order if requested before it has been dispatched but this can not be guaranteed. You can cancel an order by contacting our customer service team.

If you wish to return a medication to us for disposal, contact the customer service team and we can arrange a collection.

If an incorrect, faulty or recalled medication has been issued, contact the customer service team to come to a resolution. If a refund is appropriate due to a cancellation of an order by the clinical team or customer, this will be processed in 5-10 working days.
